TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
This document governs the terms and conditions of sale and purchase of products at www.applicaelectronics.com. By requesting information or a quote in our store, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
- Store Operation
- Our online store works as product catalog.
- We show prices and stock availability, but does not allow direct purchases.
- The prices shown on the website do not include VAT, which will be calculated and detailed in the personalized quote.
- Customers can request information or a quote for a product via form, email, or phone.
- Once the quote is received, the client can accept it and proceed to payment according to the conditions indicated.
- Customized quotes
- Each quote includes: – Product price (excluding VAT). – Shipping costs based on destination. – Applicable taxes (VAT or other taxes, as applicable). – Estimated delivery time.
- A quote is only considered accepted when the client confirm the order and make the payment.
- Payment methods
- Payments are made after acceptance of the quote using the following methods:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Once payment has been received, the order will be processed.
- Shipping and delivery
- Shipping areas: Shipping to Peninsula, Balearic Islands and International.
- Delivery times: They will be indicated in each budget.
- Free shipping to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands for orders over €50.
- For international shipments, costs and delivery times will be detailed in the quote.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (strikes, logistical problems, customs, etc.).
- Return, Exchange, or Replacement (RMA) Procedure
To process a return, exchange, or replacement, the customer must reference the original order number and provide the invoice. The return must be requested by
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping the product. To request it, you must write to the address
info@applicaafg.comIn your email, you must specify whether it is a return, exchange, or replacement, and include the invoice associated with the order. You can request a return, exchange, or replacement of all or part of the items in an order. Once your request is received, you will be sent a completed RMA form, which you must return, and the request will be evaluated. Please note that submitting a request does not mean it will be accepted. If your request is accepted, a
RMA number and the shipping address.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, containing all original components and accessories in perfect condition. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, if components or accessories are missing, or if not all contents are in perfect condition, the return is possible, but the product may be subject to depreciation.
- The product must not have been made, adapted or customized to the buyer's needs.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
After inspection, a refund, exchange, repair, or refund will be issued. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer if, after inspecting the returned product, no defects are found.
- Withdrawal procedure
The private client You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within a period of
14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without the need for justification. To exercise this right, the customer must contact

- Product(s) to be returned.
- Date of purchase and receipt of order
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, containing all original components and accessories in perfect condition. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, if components or accessories are missing, or if not all contents are in perfect condition, the return is possible, but the product may be subject to depreciation.
- The product must not have been made, adapted or customized to the buyer's needs.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- If these conditions are met, the customer may choose between a refund of the amount paid for the product or a replacement. If either of these conditions is not met, we undertake to propose a solution to the customer that, in our opinion, is acceptable to both parties and within the law.
- Warranty
The applicable warranty will be the legal warranty for each specific case. The warranty will begin on the date the order is delivered to the customer. The customer must keep the delivery note as proof of this date. To access the warranty, a purchase invoice will suffice. Defects or damage due to improper handling, installation, or use of the products, wear and tear caused by normal use, or accidental damage are not included in this warranty. In incidents that justify the use of the warranty, we will repair, replace the item, offer a discount, or refund the item, under the legally established terms. To request a warranty, contact us at

- Judicial competence
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the current regulations applicable in Spain. Should any dispute arise regarding the interpretation and/or application of these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall submit their disputes to ordinary jurisdiction, submitting to the appropriate courts and tribunals.
